Privacy Policy — Klin
This policy explains what data Klin ("we", "us") collects on kilnhost.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Last updated: July 19, 2026.
What we collect
- Waitlist details: name, email address and/or Discord ID, the game you want to host, expected player count, budget range, preferred region, use case, and an optional community URL.
- Attribution data: the page or campaign source (
srcparameter or referrer) that brought you to us. - Usage data: if analytics or ad pixels are enabled, standard pseudonymous events (page views, conversions) via Google Ads and Reddit Pixel.
Why we collect it
- To reserve your spot and contact you when your region and plan open.
- To design server plans and pricing that match what players actually want.
- To measure which of our ads and content bring people to Klin.
Where your data lives
Waitlist records are stored in Cloudflare KV (Cloudflare, Inc.) and transactional emails are sent via Resend. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Your rights
You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data at any time by emailingdeepeshkalurs@gmail.com. We will honour deletion requests within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Retention
We keep waitlist data until launch or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
