These terms govern your use of the Klin website and waitlist. Last updated: July 19, 2026.

Pre-launch status

Klin is in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not create a hosting contract, guarantee service availability, or lock in pricing. Any plan estimates shown on the site are indicative only and final pricing will be confirmed before launch.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information on the waitlist and not to abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site or its APIs.

Future services

When hosting services launch, separate service terms (including acceptable-use, refund and SLA terms) will apply and will be presented before any payment is taken.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
